A united family of hard workers managed by Ms. Roberta and Mr.Giulio, who never tire of so many difficulties and commitments for their small farm “Antico Colle Fiorito”, on the Montalbano hills, between Florence and Pisa. Olive trees, vegetables, aromatics herbs and many other vegetables are cultivated to produce their fantastic products, including olive oil (among the best 200 extravirgin olive oil in the world according to the magazine “Der Feinschmecker”, and always among the first places in accordance with the guide “Flos Olei”). But that’s not all. ToscaBio also offers their fantastic sauces, their delicious pesto, creams, flavored salts and many other products treated with all the love of a family that has made a choice of organic life.
